I've created this journal for the sole purpose of recording my weightloss efforts for 2006 onwards.
I have struggled with my weight since a child it's a combination of genes, a terrible addiction to chocolate and a lazy arse regime of no exercise.
It's time to reprogram this life of mine and this journal is to hold me accountable! It will be a registry of exercise, a weekly weigh in, and occasional measurements as well as a place to record my goals, accomplishments and failures.
