food n thoughts

Breakfast:
1/2 lemon juiced into warm water
apple
tbsp of flaxseeds


Snack: N/A

Lunch:
Handful of mixed salad leaves, rocket, spinach
1/2 tomato
1/2 carrot
1 raddish
1/4 avocado
5 slices cucumber
Can of Tuna in Brine

Snack: Orange
Smoothie: cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries), 1tbsp of flaxseed oil, 2 scoops whey fat metabolising protein powder, 250ml cranberry water, 6 ice cubes.

Dinner: 200gm Round Steak seasoned in garlic and cayenne pepper
3 slices of grilled eggplant seasoned in garlic
1/2 carrot
3/4 zucchini
10 green beans
2x evening primrose vitamins
tbsp of flaxseed's

Other
2 litres of cranberry water
1 litre of filtered water

Impressions
My plans for a walk went astray as soon as I got home we had a huge thunderstorm it had been brewing all day. I'm so hot! It's 11pm and it's 24 degrees outside doesn't sound much but it's 64% humidity. I'm guessing our house is still in the 30's as it's alot cooler outside... I hate Melbourne weather! After I cleaned up the house and cooked dinner I just laid on the couch in front of the air conditioner trying to get some relief. I'm so proud of myself the last few days I've been given chocolate and today a bag of suga raspberry rock candy and I haven't given into temptation. Work has just been a hazard zone this past week with mud cake, chocolate etc I turn my back on it when I go to the tea room to get water. I outdid my fruit again by one piece with having the smoothie I needed a pick me up though! Spark advises me that I've only consumed 936 calories today, 98 carbs, 23 fat, 94 protein I'm under with everything but protein points which is about midpoint. The foods I will be adding back in Monday I can't see them making my tally that much higher. This was my whole problem with weight watchers I could never eat my points and I refuse to eat shit food to get there either. A fat girl who hardly eats theres a concept! I guess I will face it when I get there on Monday. Night!
